Had to leave without my coffee to avoid being late. Be careful if you have a soy allergy. There’s a good chance that if you order oat milk, you’ll get soy milk. Has happened multiple times. I guess they think you won’t notice?? There are much better locally-owned options downtown if you have time to park and walk in.
Not much to say because it’s just a Starbucks. The drinks are what you’d expect and the whole experience felt pretty standard. It’s one of those places that works fine when you need coffee fast and want something predictable, but it’s not really a place I’d go out of my way for.
So. Tell me why I ordered a very simple drink, coming from someone who works at a diff Starbucks, and it took 30 minutes to make even though my app said it was done. My iced drink is lukewarm as if it has been sitting for a while, which it likely has, and the employees are laughing and making lots of noise as if there are 0 customers, when it is pretty busy. This one employee in particular, when I asked if I could... have the drink I paid for... was quite rude and slammed my drink on the counter and ignored me when I said thank you, and I've noticed this demeanor from this employee on many accounts when I come to this store. I have learned my lesson about coming here and will be spending my time otherwise.
